I can't open a course I bought. What should I send?
Choose the topic “Account or learning platform”, then give your registered email, the course name, the error message and the device or browser you use. Do not send your password.
What should I include for a problem with a book or e-book order?
Give the email you used to buy, the order number and what you have not received. Do not send card numbers or full payment details.
How will Frog-Job reply?
