Three steps to your first lesson
Your account holds everything you have at Frog-Job: books, courses, notes and certificates.
1. Choose a book or course
Browse German books and courses in the shop and choose what suits your level.
2. Open the student area
The books and courses you have bought are waiting in the student area, on your phone or computer.
3. Learn, take notes, get your certificate
Read your books right in your account and take notes as you learn. When you finish a course that comes with a certificate, it appears in your account with a verification code.

Does it cost anything to create an account?
No. The account is free and you do not need a bank card. You only pay when you buy a book or course in the shop.
What do I need to fill in?
Only your full name, email, a password (at least 8 characters) and ticking the terms box are required. Phone number or Zalo, current level and learning goal can be left blank. Your email is also your login name.
What is my information used for?
Only to support your learning: logging in, opening the books and courses you have bought, and sending emails about your account. Details are in the privacy policy.
What if I forget my password?
Go to the login page, click “Forgot password?” and enter the email you registered with. A link to reset your password will be sent to that email.
How many devices can I use my account on?
The account works on phone, tablet and computer. To protect the books’ copyright, each account can only be used on a limited number of devices. After logging in, you can see the devices in use on the My devices page.
