Protecting your personal data matters to us. This page explains which data we collect, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. As the website also addresses users in the European Union, we apply the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU (GDPR / DSGVO).

3. Your rights
In respect of your personal data you have the following rights:

If you reside in Vietnam, you can send your request directly to us by email; Vietnamese law on the protection of personal data also applies to the processing of your data.
Ihnen stehen die Rechte aus Art. 15–21 DSGVO zu sowie das Recht, eine erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen. Nutzer in der EU haben ein Beschwerderecht bei der Aufsichtsbehörde ihres Aufenthaltsorts (Art. 77 DSGVO).
4. Data processing in Vietnam
The controller named in section 1 is based in Vietnam, so order data and learner account data are processed in Vietnam. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision recognising Vietnam as offering a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.
For users in the European Union, transferring and processing data in Vietnam is necessary for the performance of the contract you enter into with us, or for taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — legal basis: Article 49(1)(b) GDPR. If you do not want your data processed in Vietnam, you can refrain from ordering and from creating an account; simply viewing the website does not require it.

5. Visiting the website — server logs and IP address
When you open the website, your browser automatically sends certain technical information and the server records it in a log file: IP address, time of access, page viewed, browser type and version, operating system, and the page that referred you here. We store these data in order to: display the site reliably; safeguard the security and integrity of the system; detect, prevent and investigate fraud, attacks and abuse; and protect our copyright-protected learning content from unauthorised access or distribution.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation, in preventing fraud and abuse, and in protecting copyright-protected content (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Beim Aufruf der Website werden automatisch Server-Logfiles erhoben (IP-Adresse, Datum/Uhrzeit, abgerufene Seite, Browsertyp, Betriebssystem, Referrer). Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
6. Cookies and caching
The website uses cookies — small files stored on your device — so that its functions work. The most essential are the login cookie, which keeps the learner session, and the device-recognition cookie used for the device limit, see section 11. The cookie consent banner stores your choice so that you are not asked again on every visit.
The website also uses LiteSpeed Cache to speed up page loading. It stores copies of pages on the website’s own server and sends no data to any third party.
Technically necessary cookies rest on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)); non-essential cookies are set only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but some functions may then not work.
Wir verwenden technisch notwendige Cookies (Login-Session, Gerätewiedererkennung) sowie LiteSpeed Cache zur Beschleunigung der Auslieferung. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO bzw. § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG; nicht notwendige Cookies nur mit Einwilligung.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
The website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit, recognisable by “https” and the padlock symbol in the address bar.

8. Hosting and domain
The web server is located in a data centre in the United Kingdom; backups are stored in Germany. The United Kingdom is not part of the European Union, but the European Commission has recognised it as offering an equivalent level of data protection under Article 45 GDPR. The adequacy decision was extended on 19.12.2025 and runs until 27.12.2031, so transfers from the European Union to the United Kingdom require no further safeguards.
Website und Domain werden über Hostinger International Ltd., Larnaca, Zypern bereitgestellt (Auftragsverarbeitung gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO). Der Serverstandort befindet sich im Vereinigten Königreich, Backups werden in Deutschland gespeichert. Für das Vereinigte Königreich besteht ein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission (Art. 45 DSGVO), der am 19. Dezember 2025 bis zum 27. Dezember 2031 verlängert wurde.
9. Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide — name, email address, message — in order to answer you. These data are not passed to anyone else and are deleted once no longer needed, unless the law requires them to be retained.
Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

10. Learner account and learning area
To take the courses you have bought, you create an account. We store the user name, email address and password in encrypted form, together with progress data — lessons completed, test results, your notes — processed by the LearnDash learning management system.
Legal basis: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Für den Zugang zu gekauften Kursen wird ein Kundenkonto angelegt; der Lernfortschritt wird über LearnDash verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
11. Device limit and content watermarking
To protect copyright-protected learning content from unauthorised account sharing, the website limits the number of devices per account. For this purpose we store a device identifier in encrypted form, the device and browser type, and the time of last use. You can view and manage your own devices in the account area.
In addition, learning content may display a watermark layer containing your own user name and email address. It is shown only to you and serves to prevent unauthorised distribution.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting copyright-protected content (Article 6(1)(f)).
Zum Schutz urheberrechtlich geschützter Lerninhalte begrenzen wir die Anzahl der Geräte pro Konto und zeigen ggf. ein Wasserzeichen mit Benutzername und E-Mail-Adresse. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
12. Orders and payment
When you buy a course or a book, we process order data — name, email address, product, the details needed for an invoice — through WooCommerce in order to perform the contract. Data required by tax and accounting rules are retained for the statutory periods.
Legal basis: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
Payment by Vietnamese bank QR code
If you choose this method, the order number and the amount are passed to a payment reconciliation provider in Vietnam so that the incoming payment can be identified in the account. We neither receive nor store your bank login details.
Bank transfer
If you transfer manually, we process the name of the payer, the order number and the amount in order to match the payment to your order.
Card payment
If you pay by card, the payment data are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland. Khi you use Link, the Stripe card wallet, your card details and phone number are stored at Stripe and not on this website; you manage or delete saved cards at link.com.
Bestelldaten werden über WooCommerce zur Vertragserfüllung verarbeitet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Bei Zahlung per vietnamesischem QR-Code werden Bestellnummer und Betrag an einen Zahlungsabgleich-Dienstleister in Vietnam übermittelt. Bei Kartenzahlung erfolgt die Abwicklung über Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin.
13. Delivery of learning content via Google Drive
Some learning content — videos and documents — is stored and delivered through the Google Drive service. When you open such content, your device connects to Google’s servers, and Google may process connection data such as your IP address. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); processing may take place in the United States. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which serves as the basis for the transfer.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest in delivering content securely (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Bestimmte Lerninhalte werden über Google Drive bereitgestellt (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin; Verarbeitung ggf. in den USA, EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO.
14. Font Awesome icons
To display icons, some pages load the Font Awesome icon set from an external content delivery network. Your IP address may then be transmitted to that network provider in order to load the files.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in a consistent display (Article 6(1)(f)).

15. Retention periods
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, or for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Once the purpose has lapsed and no retention duty remains, the data are deleted.
