Looking at your level, your goal and the time you have, so a proposal is ready before getting in touch.

Through the channel you chose in the form: WhatsApp, Zalo, phone or email. If there is more to discuss, you arrange a short call.

You receive a specific proposal
The format, an estimate of the lessons needed, the fee and a possible start date. If it does not suit you, it stops there; no problem at all.

Does the consultation cost anything?
No. You send the form, receive a proposal and then decide. There is no charge for this step and you are under no obligation to sign up.
What do I choose if I do not know my level?
Choose “Not sure of my level” in the form. That's perfectly normal; most newcomers choose this option. Frog-Job will ask a few short questions when getting in touch to work out your level with you.
Roughly how much does it cost?
It depends on the format: small group classes from 4,500,000 ₫ per course, one-to-one lessons from 6,500,000 ₫ per month. The exact amount depends on the number of lessons per week and the length of the course, so Frog-Job gives you the exact figure once your learning plan is clear. Fees are always agreed before you start. Exam preparation prices are on the exam preparation page.
I am in Vietnam — can I get a consultation?
Yes. All classes are online, so it makes no difference whether you are in Vietnam or in Germany. When arranging times, Frog-Job accounts for the time difference to find a slot that suits both sides.
What is my information used for?
Only to contact you about the request you sent. It is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by emailing info@frog-job.com. Details are in the privacy policy.
